Are you a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for a permanent role in a busy office environment? We are recruiting for a trainee Sales Administrator/Co-ordinator to join a busy Sales Office Team and provide essential day-to-day support to our external sales teams and customer markets.
In this role, you’ll handle all forms of customer communication, ensuring the voice of the customer is always heard. You will support the external sales team while they are in the field, helping them liaise effectively with customers. Our goal is to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations with a positive and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, log, and process customer enquiries

Prepare customer quotations promptly and professionally

Communicate with internal departments to obtain lead times and pricing for quotations

Enter customer orders into the SAP system, ensuring review and authorization according to company policy within KPI timescales

Liaise with internal teams (technical, financial, production) to monitor order progress

Proactively update customers and sales teams on order status

Identify and escalate issues to senior management through your line manager

Support the team with ad hoc tasks and help drive process improvements

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
