OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

We’re working exclusively with a friendly and growing business based in Grantham who are looking for a proactive and adaptable Operations Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a varied and busy role supporting customer operations, processing orders, and working closely with the warehouse and courier teams. The position offers excellent growth potential, especially for someone interested in developing within a bespoke and fast-paced environment.

You’ll be based in the office alongside Zoe, an experienced Operations Administrator who has been with the business for over 5 years and will act as a mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders via Shopify and Sage
  • Respond to customer queries via email and phone
  • Handle customer returns
  • Process orders via the B&Q website
  • Collate and prepare paperwork for the warehouse and back orders
  • Monitor courier activity and assist with PODs (Proof of Delivery)
  • Support general operations and admin tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, helpful, and adaptable personality
  • Willing, positive, and not precious about duties – a real team player
  • Previous customer service or admin experience
  • Experience using Sage or Shopify is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and via email

Interview Process:
Interviews will be conducted with the hiring manager and Zoe.
Available dates for interviews: Wednesday 25th or Thursday 26th June.
