​I first joined Ambitions Personnel in 2004 as a Junior Consultant working from the Newark Branch. In my 20 years working for Ambitions Personnel, I have worked in various branches including Grantham, Stamford, Peterborough, Worksop and more recently Mansfield as Business Development Manager with a focus on Commercial temps and permanent placements.

I love my job, and enjoy the variety and fast pace that it brings on a daily basis.

    We called Ambitions Personnel at the end of October as the agency we had been using were struggling to supply staff for our positions.  Magda and Rebecca came on site and toured our facilities and looked at our role requirements.  From then, they have always supplied candidates for the varied roles we have here.  They have never let us down and the staff they have supplied have been great!
