Hours: Mon–Thurs 1:45pm–9:45pm | Fri 12:45pm–7:45pm (alternative shifts may be discussed)

Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and detail-driven Typesetter to join our Digital Printing Pre-Production Team.
Role Overview
As a Typesetter, you’ll prepare high-quality digital artwork files ready for production. You’ll work closely with design and print teams to ensure customer artwork is set up accurately and efficiently, supporting a fast-paced production schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare digital artwork files for printers, laser cutters, and engravers

Ensure all artwork follows customer instructions, job cards, and sales orders

Manage artwork preparation to meet production priorities and deadlines

Work with design and production software including CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Rasterlink, Muesli, Spindle, BES, and Microsoft Office

When required, operate Mimaki Digital Printers to produce printed name badges

We’re seeking someone who combines creativity with precision and thrives in a busy environment.
You’ll need to:

Have a solid understanding of layout design and typography

Be confident producing customer proofs and print-ready artwork

Have experience using Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
-
Work efficiently under pressure with excellent file management skills

Communicate clearly with team members and follow detailed briefs
-
Be confident using Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
-
Demonstrate excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
Desirable:

Familiarity with ISO9001 and 14001 standards
