About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our clients Customer Service team. Who will be responsible for the day to day running of key customer accounts within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting weekly schedule and purchase orders onto the system.
- Reviewing schedules / orders and raise works orders for both production / secondary operations as necessary.
- Raise purchase orders for any BOP required and monitor deliveries.
- Communicate with both customers and external suppliers.
- Communicate with internal departments as and when required.
- Co-ordinate deliveries with the warehouse
- Committing deliveries where required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure.
- IT literate (e.g., MS Office, production software).
