You’ll act as the bridge between strategy and people, supporting transformation, organisational growth, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clear, confident advice and guidance to managers on all HR matters.

Ensure policies are fit-for-purpose, empowering employees and managers alike.

Align HR support with organisational objectives, helping leaders deliver results.

Deliver the full HR service including case management, recruitment, workforce planning, wellbeing, change management, and pensions administration.

Champion employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
About You

Graduate membership of the CIPD (or working towards).

Proven HR experience advising managers at all levels.

Strong knowledge of employment law across the HR spectrum.
