Our client, a well-established and reputable organisation based in Mansfield, is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeping Assistant to join their outsourcing department on a 9-month maternity cover contract.

The Role
Working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you will support a portfolio of clients with their bookkeeping requirements. The role requires strong organisation skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting clients with bookkeeping and financial data processing

Maintaining accurate records with a high level of attention to detail

Working collaboratively within the outsourcing team

Communicating confidently and professionally with clients
About You

Well organised, methodical, and highly detail-oriented

Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues

Able to manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Previous bookkeeping experience is not essential

A background in finance or working with financial data would be advantageous
Full training and on-the-job coaching will be provided for candidates without direct bookkeeping experience.
