Recruitment Opportunity: Data Improvement Agent – Non Household (NHH)
Location: Hybrid, Peterborough (office-based)
Salary: Circa £30,000 (DOE)
Contract: 3-Month FTC, Full-Time (37 hours/week, flexible part-time considered)
Working Days: Monday–Friday (no weekends or bank holidays)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Improvement Agent to enhance and validate Non Household data across business systems. The successful candidate will work to improve data accuracy and performance metrics, contributing to key business KPIs. You’ll use multiple data sources, investigate discrepancies, and ensure findings are clearly recorded and updated in core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate and improve Non Household data quality.
Match records to third-party data sources and investigate unclear information.
Record findings accurately and escalate issues when necessary.
Update core systems with validated information.
Meet data targets and deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Experience in researching and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Confident using Microsoft Office and other data tools.
Able to prioritize tasks and work to targets.
Good communication skills for liaising internally and externally.
