Contract: Fixed Term – 3 Months, Immediate Start
Hours: 40 hours per week (35 working hours + paid lunch break) – shifts 8:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00
Salary: £25,396.80 per year (~£12.21 per hour)
We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join a client support team for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the daily triage of client communications, directing queries to the correct teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering basic queries and providing updates.
- Direct communications to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate client records to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Monitor inbound communications and respond within daily timeframes.
- Build rapport and trust with clients through professional communication.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies, including UK GDPR.
- Support team managers by undertaking delegated tasks and maintaining high standards of process knowledge.
