Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm

Are you highly organised with excellent attention to detail? We’re recruiting for a Weighbridge Operator to join a busy recycling facility in Bourne (PE10). This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with the opportunity to go permanent after a successful agency period.

The Role

As a Weighbridge Operator, you’ll be at the heart of site operations, ensuring all vehicle movements are recorded accurately and efficiently. You’ll be working in a fast-paced recycling environment where precision and professionalism are key.

Key Duties

Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording vehicle weights
Issuing tickets and maintaining accurate records
Data entry using internal systems and Microsoft Office
Communicating with drivers, customers, and site staff
Supporting general site administration
Assisting operational teams when required

What We’re Looking For

Previous weighbridge or similar administrative experience preferred
Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
J1 Telehandler licence (advantageous)
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a busy recycling yard environment
