We're Hiring: Sales Administrator
Location: Ollerton Full-Time
Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to be a key part of a high-performing team? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our fast-paced Sales and Admin team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting the turbocharger sales team and keeping branch administration running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer enquiries and help convert them into sales

Process and invoice sales orders accurately

Support dispatch operations to meet customer delivery needs

Organise courier shipments and labels

Assist with job card processing and updating turbo stock records

Maintain and order office supplies within budget
-
Carry out filing and general admin tasks

Support senior management with occasional ad-hoc duties
