About You

Hard-working and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Keen to learn and develop new skills
Previous factory, production, or warehouse experience is helpful – but not essential! Full training is provided.

Your Role

Handling, sorting, and preparing recyclable materials
Operating production and recycling machinery safely
Learning to run extrusion machines and conveyor systems
Following strict health & safety standards at all times
Accurately completing production documentation
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and maintain quality
