We’re currently recruiting for a Machine Operator with an accredited Forklift (FLT)Counterbalance licence to join a well-established recycling site in Worksop. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering long-term stability and development for the right candidate.
The Role:

Loading raw materials and finished products onto machines using a Counterbalance FLT (forklift driver)

Operating and monitoring recycling machinery
-
Making machine adjustments when required
-
Working safely and efficiently across a rotating 3-shift pattern (Days, Afternoons, Nights)
✅ Requirements:

Must hold a valid, accredited FLT Counterbalance licence

Previous experience in a similar Machine Operator or Production environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-
Comfortable working rotating shifts
