Administrative Assistant – Worksop
Full time - Temporary on going - 37 Hours per week
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Receptionist to support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of our business centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Provide general admin, filing, and typing support. 
- 
Act as first point of contact for visitors and enquiries. 
- 
Answer calls, handle post, and assist tenants with queries. 
- 
Raise invoices and maintain records for services and bookings. 
- 
Arrange meeting rooms and provide light refreshments. 
- 
Support marketing, events, and office lettings. 
Requirements:
- 
Confident user of Microsoft Office. 
- 
Excellent communication and telephone manner. 
- 
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
