We’re looking for a friendly and organised individual to join our team in Worksop!

Part-Time Hours Available
Perfect for fitting around school hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the company inbox

  • Typing and preparing quotes

  • Creating and maintaining job files

  • Filing (both electronic and paper-based)

  • Answering and directing telephone calls

  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Skills & Experience:

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
