Operations Administrator

On behalf of a privately owned, globally operating business, we’re recruiting a Business Operations Executive to join a friendly, close-knit team based in Newark.

This role is 60% client interaction and 40% data-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people but is equally comfortable getting stuck into Excel-heavy tasks.

The Role

  • Act as a key contact for partners, managing queries via a ticketing system
  • Provide clear, professional support around system access, rates, and general operational queries
  • Accurately load and maintain data rates and corporate agreements
  • Confidently manipulate Excel spreadsheets (including lookups and large datasets) for system uploads

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Excel skills are essential (VLOOKUP/lookup functions, formatting, large datasets)
  • Strong written communication and customer-facing experience
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using multiple systems (training provided)
