Project Co-Ordinator – Grantham
Full Time | Monday to Friday | ⏳ Temporary with potential to become Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and growing business near Grantham as a Project Co-Ordinator. Working as part of a supportive team of 4, you will provide key support to Project Managers on various site-based jobs.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active projects

Liaise with various stakeholders across the business and external partners

Manage project-related administration

Handle emails and telephone communications
-
Organise and maintain project documentation
-
Assist in planning and scheduling of project activities
✅ Requirements:

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
-
Choice of shifts: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
This is a full-time role with an immediate start available. Initially offered on a temporary basis, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
