Due to continuous expansion we are looking for 2 people
Responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to the following:
- Answering Incoming customer calls
- Entering data onto the CRM system
- Calender management
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Taking customer payments
- Arraning handover packs for new Installations
- PA duties to the managing director
Previous experience working within a busy administrative position is essential
Strong IT Skills required on all Microsoft packages
Permanent - Full Time role - 8.00am-17.00pm
