Admin Assistant

Fantastic opportunity to Join a Leading Electrcial business based In Newark 

Due to continuous expansion we are looking for 2 people 

Responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to the following: 

 

  • Answering Incoming customer calls 
  • Entering data onto the CRM system
  • Calender management 
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team
  • Taking customer payments
  • Arraning handover packs for new Installations 
  • PA duties to the managing director 

Previous experience working within a busy administrative position is essential 

Strong IT Skills required on all Microsoft packages 

Permanent - Full Time role - 8.00am-17.00pm
