Your Role:

  • Handle client queries via email, phone, and chat with clear, professional solutions
  • Load and maintain rates and agreements accurately using Excel and other data systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Finance, and Marketing to improve processes
  • Analyse data to highlight trends and support decision-making that drives revenue
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional experience

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Detail-oriented and confident in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation)
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and willing to learn new systems
  • Excellent communicator with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to grow are key

Location & Hours:

  • Based in Newark (office-based)
  • Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional weekend/bank holiday cover
