Looking for steady work with the chance to secure a permanent role? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in Grantham for a Warehouse / Machine Operative to join their team.
This position starts on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance and attendance.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday- 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Job Duties:
- Operating machinery (full training provided)
- General warehouse duties
- Loading and unloading materials
- Manual handling of heavy products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to safely manual handle heavy loads
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential
