What You’ll Do:

Split your time 50/50 between the office and the factory floor.
Maintain audit files, training records, and compliance documents.
Walk the factory, ensuring PPE compliance and spotting safety risks.
Report accidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
Support risk assessments, audits, and ISO compliance.
Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE/QSHE or compliance administration.
Super organised, detail-oriented, with excellent spelling and grammar.
Confident following instructions and taking ownership of tasks.
Comfortable working both in-office and on the factory floor.
Motivated to learn, grow, and be mentored by a manager who has 12 years’ experience in the business.
