Customer Service Advisor – Temporary (Inbound Only)
Location: Mansfield
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Start Dates: Thursday 23rd October
⏳ Duration: Approx 3-4 weeks work (potential to be extended)
The Opportunity

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced team setting.
What You’ll Be Doing

Handling inbound customer calls and emails — no outbound or cold calling

Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and arranging returns

Updating customer details and order information accurately on internal systems

Responding to website and email enquiries quickly and professionally

Providing friendly, efficient service and resolving customer queries
What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service or call centre experience (office, retail, or hospitality background also welcome)

Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and helpful over the phone and email

Good computer literacy – comfortable learning new systems

Reliability and commitment – available for the full duration of the temporary contract
