Ambitions Personnel have relocated their Colchester office to the Lanswood Park development in the Elmstead Market area from their previous home in the town centre's Red Lion Yard Shopping Centre.
Having been based in the central shopping area since 2014, the move to a purpose-built premium commercial premises on the outskirts of town offers the firm more space, convenient parking and better transport links.
Amanda Watson, Director of Ambitions Personnel, said:
"Since opening back in 2014, the branch has gone from strength to strength and we've established some great long-term relationships with businesses locally and further afield. Recruitment is fast-paced and ever-changing, no more so than in these current times, but after 31 years in business, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt quickly.
One thing that has remained the same is our determination to provide our clients and candidates with the best possible service; they're at the heart of everything we do. The new premises are a better fit for our modern ways of working. It's been a very challenging year for many so we're delighted to be able to expand during this time."
Lanswood Park is already home to over 30 businesses, ranging from SMEs to larger corporates, and they are particularly proud of their focus on sustainability and links with the local community. For Ambitions, this offered a great fit in terms of their ethos too.
Charlie Taylor heads up the Colchester team:
"From our base here in Colchester, we serve a growing radius across the county of Essex, as far as London, Suffolk and into Kent too. I'm very excited to start a new chapter at Lanswood Park, the location and space are perfectly suited to how we work. The move means that we're going to be able to take on more clients and place more work-seekers in temporary and permanent roles. We can't wait to welcome clients and customers to our new home!"
