I joined Ambitions in September 2005, initially on a temporary basis; over 20 years later and I'm still here!
Starting as a Recruitment Consultant, I spent 3 years working with businesses around Lincolnshire recruiting for temporary and permanent roles in both the industrial and commercial sectors. I still love the buzz of the recruitment industry today.
As the business expanded, in 2008 I moved across into the central Head Office team to take on various projects within HR, Marketing and general business operations. I enjoy working closely with our branches and Directors to drive the business forward. I strive for excellence in all that we do, continually working to improve the Ambitions experience for our own staff, clients and candidates.
