Recruitment firm, Ambitions Personnel, is a finalist in two categories at the prestigious business awards.
The company is in the running for the Family Business Award and Large Business of the Year. Ambitions was founded by Mandy Watson in 1990, with her sister Claire Haggar joining the firm 5-years later. Together, the two co-directors have grown Ambitions to have 8 branches, and supply over 500 regular clients.
Over the years, multiple members of the sister’s family have joined the firm including their mum, Rita, and Claire’s two children, Ashleigh and Demie. Rita still works for the firm despite being in her mid-80s.
On the short listings, Mandy says:
