Previously Grove Pet Foods, Cranswick plc acquired the business in January 2022, and produce specialist, high quality pet foods, supplying a number of leading brands.

We are recruiting for the following roles on a permanent basis - Machine Minders, Process (Skilled) Operatives, Warehouse Operatives and Multi-skilled Engineers.

what jobs are available?
We are recruiting for Machine Minders, Process (Skilled) Operatives, Warehouse Operatives and Multi-skilled Engineers.
Jobs are based at Cranswick Pet Products, North Scarle, LN6 9HD.
You need to have your own transport to get to the site.
what's the shift pattern?
Rotating shift pattern including days and nights 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00
(Approximately 8 night shifts per month)
SKILLED / process operative
£15.26 per hour
Basic knowledge of IT systems
Background in extrusion, machine setting or similar
warehouse operative
£13.34 per hour
Must be able to pass a numeracy and literacy test
Ideally factory or production experience but not essential
MULTI-SKILLED ENGINEER
£45,000 per annum
Must have both mechanical and electrical experience to Level 3
