Temporary Wet Paint Sprayers (x2) – £12.90 per hour

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Wet Paint Sprayers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled painters to work within a busy manufacturing environment, producing high-quality finishes and carrying out essential pre-treatment processes.

Available Shifts:

1x Day Shift Painter – 37.5 hours per week

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30
Friday: 06:00 – 11:30

1x Afternoon Shift Painter

Monday to Thursday: 14:30 – 22:30
Friday: 11:30 – 17:00

Pay Rate:

£12.90 per hour

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Apply wet paint coatings to components and products to a high-quality finish
Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming
Phosphate parts prior to painting to ensure correct surface treatment and paint adhesion
Mix paints and materials to required specifications
Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety procedures
Complete all required job documentation and records

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer or in a similar industrial painting role
Experience with phosphating or chemical pre-treatment processes is essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of surface preparation and wet paint application techniques
Manufacturing or industrial background is desirable
