Do you have an eagle eye for detail and the desire to work for a company with a real family feel to it? You will be a trusted member of the team but on the flip side, punctuality and a positive attitude to work is crucial to your line manager. In return you will be earning a rate of £11.94 per hour on a temporary basis initially and there is the opportunity of a permanent position further down the line for the right candidate.
You will be handling incoming consignments and expected to check contents and provide a sign off to show that they are legitimate. Once completed you will be expected to update the internal computer system with your findings, so accuracy and the ability to work in a timely manager is essential.
Shifts will ordinarily be on a 4on 4off day shift basis from 6am – 6pm however, due to the nature of the position, a degree of flexibility is required. You may occasionally be asked to work off site in an alternate location, therefore own transport is a must!
So in a nutshell the role is suited to candidates who have worked within a warehouse environment and have relevant administration experience as well. This position would suit candidates who have worked as a Warehouse Administrator, Despatch Administrator, Quality Checker or other compliance based position.
