I joined Ambitions in March 2017 in the capacity of Team Leader, excited by the challenge of navigating the Colchester branch through its next period of growth. Experienced in both industrial and commercial recruitment, I now oversee the team’s daily activities and take the lead on ensuring all our clients and candidate’s expectations are exceeded.
Prior to recruitment, I spent 10 successful years in banking management and financial services. I’m a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A people-person, I take great pleasure in ensuring the success of others, as well as being driven by my own personal goals. I pride myself on being a good leader and take a proactive approach to supporting and coaching my team.
