Are you an experienced Telesales exec who is looking for a new role in a growing company? Our Lincolnshire based client are looking for Telesales Executives to join them at their Scunthorpe office originally and move to new office based in Lincoln later on this year. The role will concentrate on booking telephone appointments for the internal sales team.
Duties will include:
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Cold calling prospective clients to generate business leads
- Promoting the company’s services to new and existing contacts
- Maximise all selling opportunities through questioning skills, ascertaining and developing customer needs
- Arranging meetings for the senior team to attend
- Query handling and general administration
- Other responsibilities as determined by management
Person Specification:
- Experience of achieving targets and working to deadlines
- Proven customer service experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong personality and ability to cope with rejection
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to build & maintain excellent customer relationships
