I joined Ambitions in June 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant. Currently, I focus on recruiting for temporary office-based positions within Lincoln, Gainsborough and the surrounding areas.

Prior to joining Ambitions, I’d graduated with a degree in Public Relations and gained 4 years’ recruitment experience. My background is varied and I’ve worked across both the industrial and commercial sectors recruiting for temporary and permanent roles within public, private and education organisations.

I am passionate about recruitment. I truly enjoy helping people find work and building relationships with candidates, as well as seeking out new business opportunities and forming long-lasting relationships with clients.

I am committed to my personal development and strive to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. I have successfully obtained my Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practise and Level 3 Award in Employment Related Services.

I was approached by Ambitions Personnel after they had read my CV on CV-Library. I was invited for a discussion about my requirements and completed a short skills test.
