We are recruiting for a experienced Service Receptionist for reputable car garage based in Mansfield
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 7.30am until 4.00pm with expectations of work 15/52 Saturday mornings 8-1pm.
Role Overview:
As a Service Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service department by managing bookings, liaising between customers and technicians, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner

Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently

Keep customers informed on progress, pricing, and completion times

Prepare job cards and maintain accurate service records

Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously

Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work

Process invoices and take payments
-
Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (automotive industry preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Competent in using computers and booking systems
-
A friendly, calm, and professional attitude

Passion for delivering excellent customer service
-
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
