Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, calls, and industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning Grassform as a trusted partner.

Prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and presentations to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and drive growth.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience, ideally in plant hire, construction, or related sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple sales opportunities.

Target-driven mindset with the resilience to meet and exceed goals.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
