Recruitment Administrator

The Recruitment Administrator is responsible supporting the team and branch with their administrative duties and to lead the recruitment process for support workers and qualified nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Resource new candidates by advertising and searching relevant job sites and other forms of attracting new candidates.
  • Conduct screening activities and arrange interviews for the office staff. 
  • Responsible for compliance for the branch by ensuring all documentation relating to candidates files is up to date and completed in accordance with requirements of regulatory bodies.
  • Conducting reference checks, DBS checks, signed temporary worker forms etc. 
  • Track and monitor candidates progress within the recruitment procedure identifying any training that may be required. 
  • Arrange induction & training courses and to ensure all training documentation is recorded.  
  • To assist the finance department with duties as required.
  • Work towards KPI’s and follow targets and objectives.
  • Screen prospective support workers as part of the recruitment process
  • To contribute to activities in order to develop the business e.g. canvassing, gaining new leads, sales calls, writing articles for the media, contributing to the company’s website, creating and distributing newsletters, undertaking appropriate networking opportunities etc.

Personal Specification:

  • Full understanding of the Aspire system
  • Self-motivation and a team player
  • Good communication skills both with internal and external customers
  • Customer focused
  • Able to work on own initiative
