An established, family-run commercial printing business with a long-standing reputation for quality and service is entering an exciting phase of growth. To support increasing demand, we are looking for an experienced Print Finishing Operator to join our skilled and close-knit finishing team.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate MBO and Stahl B1 & B2 folding machines
Programme and operate a Polar B1 Guillotine
Ensure all work meets strict quality control standards
Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled finishing team
Maintain efficiency and accuracy across all finishing processes
Support additional finishing tasks as required

Working Hours

Rotating 2-shift pattern:
- 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Overtime available during weekdays and weekends, depending on workload

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a print finishing department
Proven experience operating MBO and Stahl folding machines
Experience using a Polar B1 Guillotine is essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable Skills

Experience operating binding machines such as Heidelberg ST350/400 or Muller Martini
Familiarity with SB Cylinder & Platen machines (training can be provided if required)
