Our client, a well-established engineering business based in Grantham, is currently looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:15pm
- Fridays: Off
- Overtime: Occasional Friday overtime available, paid at x1.5
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate Bystronic CNC press brake machine
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling and materials for each job
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, protractors)
- Make adjustments to programs or setups to maintain quality and accuracy
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Meet production schedules and efficiency targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience operating a Bystronic CNC Press Brake
- Experience with CNC controls and basic programming edits
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
