We are recruiting for a part-time, experienced Purchase Ledger to work 12 hours a week, over 2 days based in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting and checking invoices for correct costings
- Inputting invoices onto Sage and managing delivery notes
- Managing invoice queries and discrepancies
- Allocating credit notes
- Month end statement reconciliation
Personal Specification:
- Proven purchase ledger and accounts payable experience
- Proficient on SAGE and Microsoft software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at engaging with individuals at all levels.
