Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Then look no further!

We are recruiting for a part-time, experienced Purchase Ledger to work 12 hours a week, over 2 days based in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reporting and checking invoices for correct costings
  • Inputting invoices onto Sage and managing delivery notes
  • Managing invoice queries and discrepancies
  • Allocating credit notes
  • Month end statement reconciliation

Personal Specification:

  • Proven purchase ledger and accounts payable experience
  • Proficient on SAGE and Microsoft software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, adept at engaging with individuals at all levels.
