We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant for a well-established entity in the creative marketing agency with a workforce exceeding 1200 employees.
They have a strong presence in the Mansfield area and are known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Providing financial reports to department managers
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitoring and analysing current and past trends in key performance indicators
- Maintaining a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identifying cost-saving and profit maximising opportunities
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects when required
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Management Accountant' should have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Proficiency in financial software programs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem-solving
- Confidence to communicate and present financial data
- Understanding of the retail industry and its financial implications
