We’re hiring for multiple engineering roles at a busy recycling and processing site in Grantham.
Whether you’re looking for days, nights, or a Monday–Friday role with no weekends, there’s something here that’ll fit.
The Opportunities
Incinerator Engineer / Operator (Mon–Fri)
Take full responsibility for running the incinerator—keeping it safe, efficient, and compliant.
- Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends)
- Hands-on plant operation role
- Focus on combustion, gas systems & emissions control
Maintenance Engineer – Nights
Keep the site running when it matters most.
- Tuesday–Saturday
- 6pm–3am or 8pm–5pm
- £42,500 – £43,500
Maintenance Engineer/Team Leader – Days
For those with both mechanical and electrical experience.
- Monday to Friday
- £37,000 – £44,000
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
Across the roles, you’ll be involved in:
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Fault finding on plant equipment
- Working on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics & compressors
- Supporting plant performance and uptime
- Maintaining high safety and environmental standards
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Mechanical qualification (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year in plant, process, or heavy engineering
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, team-focused approach
- Welding or basic electrical knowledge = a bonus
