We’re hiring for multiple engineering roles at a busy recycling and processing site in Grantham.

Whether you’re looking for days, nights, or a Monday–Friday role with no weekends, there’s something here that’ll fit.

The Opportunities

Incinerator Engineer / Operator (Mon–Fri)

Take full responsibility for running a GERI plant—keeping it safe, efficient, and compliant.

• Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends)
• Hands-on plant operation role
• Focus on combustion, gas systems & emissions control

Maintenance Engineer – Nights

Keep the site running when it matters most.

• Tuesday–Saturday
• 6pm–3am or 8pm–5pm
• £42,500 – £43,500

Maintenance Engineer – Shift Rotation

For those who like variety and don’t mind a mix of days and nights.

• 4 on / 4 off (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
• £37,000 – £44,000

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

Across the roles, you’ll be involved in:

• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Fault finding on plant equipment
• Working on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics & compressors
• Supporting plant performance and uptime
• Maintaining high safety and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Mechanical qualification (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1 year in plant, process, or heavy engineering
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, team-focused approach
• Welding or basic electrical knowledge = a bonus
