In this role you will be part of a friendly team helping to support the I.T users and company infrastructure, you will also help trouble shooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults. You will set up new user accounts and conduct IT induction for new members of staff. The important part of your role is to ensure that users are fully supported, and SharePoint becomes a useful tool for the business.
