I joined the Ambitions’ Boston branch in 2006; shortly after it opened. In 2021 I opened the King's Lynn branch, and now run the branch here.

Having previously worked as a Consultant within both the Commercial and Industrial sectors, my experience enables me to support and guide my team. With a hands-on approach, I am always leading by example to drive the branch forward.

I particularly enjoy building and developing relationships with clients and have enjoyed playing my part in establishing Ambitions as a respected recruitment business in Boston, King's Lynn and the surrounding area.

    Lee, Marie, Simon and the team have been absolutely fantastic. I contacted Lee through LinkedIn and he asked me to come in for a chat. We sat down for over an hour and within a few days I was in a fantastic role in a fantastic company. From there, Marie was always on hand to answer my questions and Simon was always checking up on me. Lee has since worked very hard to find future employment for me. Great team led by some great people.
