With this in mind you will be joining a healthcare business in Derby city centre. You will be part of the IT and Telcoms team and deliver high performance and reliable IT and Telephony services.
You will deliver 2nd/3rd line support and operational maintenance across all technologies and work closely with 3rd parties to resolve incidents and problems. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues and escalate any issues or risks.
Working on a variety of projects you will not be bored!
You will be part of a shift rota providing on site cover Monday to Sunday between 07:00am - 19:00 including bank holidays.
If you are educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an IT related subject and have technical experience in desktop service support. I want to hear from you!
