I joined Ambitions Personnel in July 2016 as Branch Manager of the Derby office, where I head up the team and recruit for temporary and permanent roles within both the Commercial and Industrial sectors in the Derbyshire area.

I have worked in recruitment for 15 years as a generalist recruiter, and have also covered Health and Social Care and Construction sectors. For more than half of this time, I have worked in a Team Leader or Management capacity.  

My experience of recruiting in these areas has allowed me to develop an amazing network of talent, which in turn has benefited our clients. This knowledge has allowed me to build and lead an exceptional team of consultants, who also strive on giving both candidates and clients the best possible customer service.

I am still as passionate about working in recruitment as I was the first day I started the job! The reason why is because I love to deliver the highest level of service to both my clients and candidates.  I look forward to welcoming new clients and candidates to work with my highly experienced team, who will help fulfil your Ambitions!
