We’re recruiting for a hands-on role at a leading recycling facility in Grantham. As a General Operative, you’ll be dismantling, sorting, and processing electronic waste and fridges, supporting key sustainability efforts.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 6am-3pm (42.5 hours per week)
Key Duties:
- Use tools and machinery to dismantle electronic items
- Sort materials for recycling
- Operate processing equipment (training provided)
- Follow safety and environmental procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in recycling or manual work preferred
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery
