Shifts - AM Shift from 6am to 2:30pm, or PM shift which is from 2pm to 10:30pm - Working 5 days a week which will include working every Sunday.
You’ll lead an operational team across several production lines, work closely with factory floor colleagues as well as key teams such as Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Maintenance.
Excellent people skills and be passionate about achieving results through people Is required, experience within an FMCG or food background is preferable.
