This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new clients to managing enquiries, bookings, and order processing, you'll be at the heart of delivering smooth and efficient service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining key service databases.
- Liaising with partners and suppliers to coordinate service delivery.
- Producing customer reports and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Setting up new contracts and managing existing customer records accurately.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Organising and managing bookings using internal systems.
- Working closely with operations, sales, commercial, IT, and finance teams to ensure seamless service.
- Updating portals and systems with accurate data for management reporting.
- Assisting with training and supporting new team members when required.
About You
Essential:
- Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.
- Confident working with internal systems, databases, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, reliable team player who can also work independently.
