Are you a Warehouse Team Leader ready for your next step?
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on more responsibility, oversee a small and stable operation, and play a key part in an exciting period of growth—including a brand-new warehouse build starting April 2026.

Our client operates a dedicated warehouse on behalf of a single customer, with the customer’s team based onsite every day. It’s a close-knit, collaborative environment where strong communication and relationship management are key.

They are looking for a confident, people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure a smooth, accurate, and safe service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations for one major customer
  • Building and maintaining a strong working partnership with the onsite customer team
  • Leading and supporting 2 warehouse operatives and working closely with (2 Warehouse staff + 1 admin)
  • Overseeing picking, loading and unloading, and outbound scheduling
  • Ensuring accurate order processing and stock handling
  • Managing H&S standards and promoting a safe working culture
  • Handling basic employee relations and first-line people management
  • Supporting wider operational planning as the new warehouse build progresses
  • Using CB/Bendi trucks – full CB licence needed (Bendi useful but not essential)

This role would perfectly suit a Warehouse Team Leader or Senior Operative looking to step up into full supervisory responsibility.

Why Apply?

  • Excellent progression step into supervision
  • Hands-on, people-first leadership role
  • Stable operation with manageable volume (approx. 4 loads in / 3–4 loads out)
  • Opportunity to be part of a major site development over the next 1.5 years
  • Monday–Friday, no weekends, bank holidays off
  • Supportive customer relationship and established processes
