Customer Service Advisor - 2/3 Days, Oakham / Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly team. This role combines office-based work in Oakham with hybrid working, offering flexibility for 2-3 days a week.

You'll be supporting customers, handling queries, updating records, and ensuring an excellent service experience. The role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, detail-focused, and able to work independently.

What We're Looking For
