Calling all Customer Services Administrators!
Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator? Do you have your own transport and can get to Ashbourne, Derbyshire?
Do you possess a natural ability to hold a conversation and have a flair for resolving issues?
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-disciplined and adaptable individual with excellent organisational skills who can work well under pressure.
You will have experience of working within a customer service role, ideally gained within manufacturing is preferred although not essential as full training is provided.
Strong PC skills are required and preferably a familiarity of CRM Systems.
Main tasks include:
- To liaise with customers, offering the best service to ensure targets are achieved.
- Processing incoming orders, including tracking orders, identifying any problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Daily reporting for planned orders.
This is a Permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 8.30am-5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
