My client is looking for a customer service admin to join their team!
You will be part of the Customer Service Team with a rapidly growing dynamic business. Daily, you will be expected to help deliver exceptional Customer Service and go that extra mile, ultimately leaving the customer happy.
•Processing daily orders which are received via Telephone, Email, and customer portal
•Managing and updating standing orders
•Organising emergency orders, liaising with necessary teams to ensure deadlines are met
•Update concerns register as and when required
•Update CRM system
•Ensure daily/weekly/monthly allocated team tasks are completed to deadlines
•General administration duties
•Excellent Telephone skills
•To be able to communicate effectively both with customers, and with other team members.
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
•A team player is essential
8am-4pm or 9am-5pm on a rota system
Need to cover minimum of 2 bank holidays per year (rota basis)
